Winter Happenings

We had a fun, but busy January and February this year. This post is a hodge-podge of the last 2 months.
.
For Christmas, Camryn and Kendra got make-up sets. They have been practicing their application skills often.I think they may need to keep practicing.
Corinne has been watching her sisters, and wants to be just like them. Corinne didn't get any make-up though, so she uses markers instead.I'm not sure how many times I've had to wash marker off Corinne's face.
.
Our girls sure love each other, which makes us happy. Lately, they all ask to sleep together on Kendra's bed. We have let them do it a few times.

This is just a cute picture I had to throw in.
You may notice the TV is on Nick. Corinne has fallen in love with 3 particular shows. Her absolute favorite has been MVP:Most Valuable Primate. It is a show about a Chimpanzee that finds a family and ends up playing ice hockey with their son. She would sit mesmerized as she watched this show. Monkeys of any type are definitely her favorite animal.
While she still loves this show, it has been surpassed by The Fresh Beat Band as her favorite. She calls it "Hey Hey" because her favorite song they sing has the phrase "...hey, hey, hey!" It is a show filled with singing and dancing. She also loved "Guppies," which is Bubble Guppies on Nick Jr. I think she is currently the biggest TV addict in our family.
Corinne does have many loves besides TV. She loves to play outside, and absolutely loves the snow. We have had a few snowy days here in Twin.
Corinne is ready to go.
Camryn and Kendra love to play in the snow just as much. They have wanted to build a big snowman for a long time, but if you don't get out the day it snows you miss your chance. The snow melts to quickly.
They finally got their chance and Kent took them out to build a HUGE snowman.
They made an awesome snowman!
.
Corinne goes out in the snow any chance she gets. She likes to eat the snow. We just hope she doesn't eat too much dirt along with it.
When there's no snow, Camryn and Kendra have loved riding the new scooters they got for Christmas.
We sure have 3 cute girls!
.
For Valentine's Day, the girls helped me make one of Daddy's favorite treats, a homemade apple pie with fresh apples.
At school, Camryn got to write about 2 people that she loves. What she wrote means a lot to me.
If you can't read all it, here is what it says:
"A person I love is Uncle Dane. I love him because he ust to give me a pigy back ride, he ust to play video games. I love him just the way he is. Wy I sed ust to is becas he past away a cuple munths ugow. I will allwase renember him."
The other side says this:
"A person I love is my grandmuther becas she is sweet and kined, and I Love her just the way she is. I don't see her very much becas she lives in Blackfoot. I love my grandmuther."
This valentine is very special to me. I knew nothing about it until Camryn brought it home. While I really wanted to keep it, I suggested that we give it to Grandma. Camryn loved that idea. We were headed to Blackfoot the next weekend, so Camryn was able to give it to her.
.
When we got to my parents house, we were surprised that Nicole and her family were there too!
Our girls got busy playing right away.
Marley and Corinne were dancing away in the living room.
Kendra and Kaydence were all smiles.
Nicole laughed at the way Corinne eats her peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. She asks me, "Did you know that Corinne eats her sandwich like an oreo?" I hadn't thought of it that way, but she does. She opens it up and licks out the inside. Then eats a little of the bread.
All of our girls had fun playing outside.
Corinne and Kendra loved the horses.
Kaydence did too, until a horse tried to nibble on her hair. She kept telling everyone about the horrible injustice. It was pretty cute hearing her tell us how bad it was.
.
Camryn was trying to dig to find a snake. Grandpa told her that one lived in his greenhouse last year. She was determined to find a snake, but I think it was a little too early in the year.
Grandpa was happy, Kendra was happy, Camryn was digging for a snake, and Kaydence was traumatized by the horse.
Kendra and Kaydence found some carrots in the dirt.
Later that night we relaxed inside.
Travis is such a great uncle.
Grandma and her girls.
Kendra fell asleep on her later that night.
Part of the purpose of this trip was to look at houses. We looked in both Blackfoot and Pocatello. We found a house that we love, and made an offer. Our offer was accepted and we will be closing soon. We are one step closer to moving. Now we just need everything else to fall into place.
Our baby is growing and is active as ever. My doctor said that activity in-utero doesn't correlate to later activity levels. I sure hope he's right, or we are going to have our hands full. We are now less than 2 months from my due date and can't wait to meet our new baby boy.

Okay so I was laughing OUT LOUD through this whole post!!! I love it! I love the girls pretty faces with "make up" and marker, them all asleep together, Corinne bundled up like a marshmallow, and the whole visit to Blackfoot! I love this post! That one picture of Camryn digging, Kendra smiling big, and Kaydence frowning captured the outing very well, Lol!!! I am so excited for you guys and the new house and of course our little Connor that will be here before we know it! I know that you are just as cute as ever, you are always your worst critic. BELIEVE ME, I feel like a house and like I'm starting to waddle around the house too! I can't wait to meet these special little boys! I'm so excited for you guys to be closer to Blackfoot so we can see you EVERY time we come up! LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!

Your post made me laugh, smile and even cry! Your pictures captured great moments, but your words are also so descriptive and entertaining!

I was just wondering if you have a job in the Blackfoot, Pocatello area. I know that Wal-mart is looking for some relief pharmacists. If you are interested let me know.
