Oh, the Memories

This is kinda fun to see what everyone writes

This is how it works:
1. Leave one memory that you and I had together, as a comment on my blog. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! This is our family blog, so if you have a memory about Camryn or Kendra you can tell about that too.
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments

Oh, thank you so much. That was so sweet! We are sad you are moving and we are going to miss you guys. I know it is for the better and it will be nice for you to have your family so close for support. Kathleen you are a strong women and your girls are adorable! The first memory I have of you is sitting next to you in the primary room for the joint R.S. priesthood meeting. You had just had Kendra not long before and I asked if I could hold her. I held your tiny sweet sleeping baby through the hold meeting. After that I always tried to sit by you and try and help you with the girls. Good luck on your journey and keep in touch.

I remember taking a bath at the cabin pretending we were mermaids. It seemed like Nicole must have been there too. I think we were pretty young if we all fit in that bathtub! What silly girls we were.

I always wished I had a sister closer to my age so I loved the time we were able to spend together with our cousins. Good times, Kathleen, good times. :)

Danielle, I remember making up a dance to silly songs and perfoming them for my family at the cabin. I can't remember the particular song, but I remember it had a part about a diet, so we made a fake can of diet 7-up to pretend to drink during that part of the song. We were silly girls.

My fondest memory of you, Kathleen, was my first race I ever ran, coming across the finish line with you and Roxanne holding my arms up in victory. Good times.

Wow, glad no one got that dance on tape. I wish I could remember that. I must have pushed it out of my mind. I've never been much of a dancer and unfortunately I suspect my children inherited my awkwardness. :)

I don't know if it was as much a dance as it was just actions. I have got to remember the song. I'll have to ask my mom about it.

I have so many memories with you. One of my oldest memories was when we lived out in Riverton. We were dipping pieces of bread in the water and smashing it, you were behind the chair acting like you had a bakery or were cooking this amazing food and I was eating it. I always remember how growing up I thought everything you had was so much nicer than mine but come to think of it you just kept way better care of your stuff than I did. And when we did crafts at Richardson reunions yours always looked so perfect and beautiful to me, while mine was .... less than perfect!
P.S.
Don't put the fly memory at the cabin on my blog please

Nicole, I love the fly story, but I won't tell it. I love it because everyone has heard the expression "wouldn't hurt a fly," but no one actually knows someone that gentle and sweet. Well I do, and I love her to death!

Kathleen your so sweet to think that about me but most people think its rather disgusting. No one is more kind than you, you seem to see the great things in everyone else, when your amazing qualities are so easy for anyone to see. I remember always watching you get ready and hoping I would look like you some day, I can still remember the way you smelled (a Ralph Lauren perfume).I also remember you reading your scriptures every night and even when the rest of us didn't want to go to church you always did. That has always stuck with me, you have always been so faithful through everything.I can't think of an example that has impacted me more than yours. I love you so much, I hope you know how much you have influenced me for the good.

Hi there Kathleen a memory that I have of you is not very detailed but we had a early childhood development class or something like that together our senior year. I just remember how nice you were and easy to talk with. Like I said not very detailed. Are you back in Blackfoot yet? I'm so glad to find your blog hope all is well.

Hi Kathleen! I saw your comment on Alysia's page and I'm so glad I found your blog. :)
Your girls are adorable. I gather, from other comments, that you're moving back to blackfoot? Are your parents still there?

I remember when you moved into our ward ... must have been in YW sometime? I remember you were so cute and shy, and would do anything to help people. I remember going to girls camp with you. Most of all I remember your beautiful SMILE! :)

I'd love to hear from you!

xo,
Sara (formerly Packham)

Hi Sara! It's so good to hear from you. It's been a long time. Your two children are absolutely adorable. They look so much like you.
I remember you as the fun one. You always got into the YM activities in such a fun, outgoing way. I was really shy, so I really admired that about you. You were there my very first year of girls camp and I really looked up to you. You loved camp, and that was contagious. You were also always so nice to me. Thanks for the example you set.
